Reader's Cup is a fun competition for students in Year 7 and 8 to celebrate reading and compete against other teams to prove who are the ultimate bookworms! Teams will be read three books selected by the library staff, and will work together as a team to study the books and remember as much about the setting, characters and plot as possible. Then, as part of our Book Week celebrations in Term 3, the teams will go head to head in a trivia challenge where they will answer questions based on their books. The team with the highest score will win the coveted Reader's Cup trophy!
Teams can enter by coming to the library and filling in a registration form. You will need a team of four people, and will have to come up with a team name, the funnier the better! The library team will then issue you copies of the chosen books and you can start reading!
